외국인학생 등록금 가상계좌 피싱 사기 도용에 따른 주의 안내

최근 등록금 수납 가상계좌가 피싱 사기에 도용이 되어 문제가 생기는 일이 빈번히 발생하고 있습니다.
특히 외국인학생들이 등록금 수납을 다른 지인에게 부탁하는 과정에서 학생의 등록금은 갈취를 하고 가상계좌의 입금은 제3자의 통장을 해킹하여 입금함으로써 제3자에게 금전적 피해를 줄 뿐 아니라 정상적이지 못한 방법으로 등록금 수납이 되어 학교 등록금 수납 계좌가 지급정지되는 상황들이 발생하고 있는 바, 학생들은 등록금을 납부할 때 반드시 본인이 직접 납부하도록 하여 본인의 가상계좌 번호가 다른 사람들에게 노출되지 않도록 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.
피싱 사기를 당한 피해자가 납부된 등록금에 대해 소송을 할 경우, 계좌번호를 제공한 학생들에게도 책임이 발생하여 피해가 갈 수 있으므로 다시 한번 본인의 개인정보인 가상계좌가 노출되지 않도록 신경써 주시기 바랍니다.
Recently, the virtual account for tuition payment has been frequently used for phishing scams, which causes problems.
Many of these cases used for phishing scams happen to international students when they ask their acquaintances to wire tuition instead of them by giving money to the acquaintances. The tuition fees that students give to acquaintances are extorted, and the deposit to their virtual account is being done by hacking a third party`s bankbook.
It causes not only financial damage to third parties but also some problems to school. It results in suspending school’s account for tuition payment due to an abnormal way of tuition payment.
Students must pay their tuition in person, and be careful not to expose their virtual account number to others.
The students who pay their tuition through acquaintances may also be held accountable and harmed if a victim of a phishing scam files a lawsuit against the tuition paid.
Once again, please be careful not to expose your virtual account which is your personal information.
近期，缴纳学费用的虚拟账户被网络钓鱼诈骗盗用，问题频繁发生。
特别是，外国留学生委托他人代缴学费的情况，
在这过程中勒索同学本应用作学费缴纳的钱。并在第三方不知情的情况下，黑客盗取了第三方的账户信息，用第三方的账户缴纳学生的学费，从而给第三方造成经济损失。
并且，由于同学的学费是通过非正常手段缴纳的，学校对非正常缴纳的学费不予以承认，同时学校会冻结这些交易异常的账户,。
因此，同学们一定要以本人的名义亲自缴纳学费，以免自己的虚拟账户暴露给别人。
如果被诈骗的受害者就交纳的学费提起诉讼，提供账号的同学也会产生责任，因此希望大家再次注意不要暴露本人的个人信息（虚拟账户）。
