[구글 웹메일서비스] 기준용량 초과계정 삭제 예정 안내

구글 서비스와 관련하여 그동안 여러차례 기준용량 이하로의 정리를 요청드린 바 있으나, 아직도 기준용량을 초과한 인원이 있는 상황입니다. 기준용량 초과시에는 메일 수발신 및 파일 업로드가 안되는 등 정상적인 서비스를 이용할 수 없으면서도, 전체 스토리지 저장용량은 차지하고 있습니다.
위 상황과 더불어 지난 2022년 10월 31일, 구글社의 제공용량 정책이 최종 변경되어(제공용량 축소, 본교기준 최대 100TB 한정 용량제공, 현재 본교는 520TB 용량 초과상태), 부득이하게 사용자 유형별 기준용량(재직자/대표계정: 30GB, 학생/퇴직자: 5GB)을 초과한 계정에 대한 삭제가 12월 초에 진행됩니다.
서비스 이용에 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 미리 저장용량 정리를 요청드립니다.

2. 12월 초 계정삭제 일정을 포함한 세부적인 진행 사항은 추가적으로 안내드릴 예정입니다.
