신소재공학부 이재갑 교수가 ‘TFT-LCDs에 적용 가능한 Cu-Ag 박막에 대한 Mo 기판위에서의 특성조사’라는 논문으로 한국과학기술재단총연합회에서 수여하는 제17회 과학기술우수논문상 수상자에 선정되었다.
시상식은 6월 21일(목)에 오후 3시에 한국과학기술회관 국제회의장에서 있을 예정이다.
한국과학기술단체총연합회는 1967년 1월에 설립된 사단법인으로, 국내외의 한국인 과학기술단체를 연합하여 과학기술의 창달을 도모하고, 과학기술자의 자질 향상과 권익을 신장하며, 회원단체의 학술활동을 육성하고, 국민생활과학화운동을 주도하여 창조적이고 합리적인 국민정신을 고취시켜 국가발전에 기여함을 목적으로 하고 있으며 회원수가 50만명에 달하는 연합단체이다.
