제4회 페어차일드코리아반도체 논문 공모전 은상 수상/전자공학과 이상현

페어차일드코리아반도체㈜에서 개최하여 2009년 9월부터 3개월여간 진행된 '제4회 페어차링드코리아반도체 대학(원)생 논문 공모전'에서 국민대학교 전자공학과 석사과정 대학원생이 'LED TV용 Dual-LED Array 구동에 관한 연구' 라는 논문으로 은상을 수상하였다. 전자공학과 이상현은 11월 13일 페어차일드코리아반도체 컨퍼런스 홀에서 열린 시상식에서 상금 200만원과 함께 위와 같이 수상하였다.
Materials and Processes, Semiconductor CAD / Simulation, High Voltage and Low Voltage Power ICs, Packaging 등의 주제로 진행된 이번 공모전에서 대상 1편, 금상 1편, 은상 2편, 동상 3편, 총 7편이 우수 논문으로 선정되었으며, 이중 은상을 본 전자공학과 석사과정 이상현 학생이 수상하는 쾌거를 이루었다. 이를 통하여 반도체 및 LED 분야를 선도하는 국민대학교의 모습을 널리 알릴 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었다.
