성곡도서관, 2023년 대학도서관 평가 「특성화 부문」 우수기관상 수상

우리 대학 성곡도서관이 “2023년 대학도서관 평가 특성화 부문 우수기관상”을 수상했다.
성곡도서관은 지난 2023년 시행된 “대학도서관 평가”의 특성화 지표 평가에서 16점 만점 중 15.6점을 획득, A그룹에 속한 약 60개 대학 중 특성화 부문 1위를 차지하며, 2024년 8월 29일에 시행된 “2024 전국대학도서관대회” 시상식에서 특성화 부문 우수기관상(한국교육학술정보원 원장상)을 수상했다.
“대학도서관 평가”는 대학도서관진흥법에 따라 교육부가 총괄하고 한국교육학술정보원이 주관하여 2020년부터 시행된 국내 유일의 전국 대학도서관 평가로, 최근 3개년간의 성과를 바탕으로 대학도서관의 발전 기반과 도서관 운영 전반 등에 대해 평가하고 있다. 이번 평가의 ‘특성화 부문’의 경우, 재학생 수에 따라 A그룹(1만명 이상), B그룹(5천명 이상 1만명 미만), C그룹(5천명 미만) 대학 중 각 1개 대학만 선정되었는데, A그룹 대학 전체를 통틀어 우리 대학 성곡도서관이 단독 수상의 영광을 차지하였다.
한편, 종합 부문 평가에서는 4년제 A그룹 대학 중 서울대학교 중앙도서관, 연세대학교 학술정보원이 각각 최우수, 우수기관으로 선정되었다.
