국민대 생활협동조합, 정릉동 일대에서 사랑의 연탄나눔행사 진행

국민대학교(총장 정승렬) 생활협동조합이 주최하는 제16회 사랑의 연탄 나눔 행사가 지난 11월 2일(토) 서울시 성북구 정릉동 성북제일교회 인근에서 진행됐다.
이번 행사는 '(사) 따뜻한 한반도 사랑의 연탄 나눔 운동' 본부와 함께하였으며, 총 34명의 국민대 구성원과 지인이 참여했다. 봉사자들은 11가구에 각각 200장씩 총 2,200장의 연탄을 배달했다.
함께 참여했던 중국인 유학생 장걸위 학생은 “한국에서 이렇게 의미 있고 즐거운 일을 할 수 있어서 기쁘다”는 소감을, 행사 담당자인 국민대 생협의 김대겸 직원은 “올해도 주변 이웃과 따뜻한 온기를 나눌 수 있어서 좋았고, 참여해주신 모든 분들에게 감사하다”는 인사를 전했다.
국민대 관계자는 “이번 제16회 사랑의 연탄나눔 행사를 통해 인근 지역 주민과 따스함을 나누는 행사였으며, 정릉 지역 재개발로 인해 올해가 마지막 연탄나눔이 될지도 모르는 상황이라 더욱 의미 있었다”고 밝혔다.
