국민대, 국제스포츠전략위원회와 MOU 체결

국민대학교(총장 정승렬) 아시아올림픽대학원과 (재)국제스포츠전략위원회(ISF, 이사장 박주희)가 지난 8월 13일(수) 국민대 본부관에서 국제스포츠 및 올림픽 분야 산학협력 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.

이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 ▲국제스포츠 우수 인재 및 실무 경력자를 위한 산학 연계 프로그램 협력 ▲아시아올림픽평의회(OCA) 연계 학위·비학위 과정 홍보 ▲국제스포츠 분야 활성화 및 인지도 제고를 위한 공동 설명회·간담회 개최 ▲현장 중심 교육과정 개선을 위한 자문 및 피드백 제공 등 다방면에서 협력할 계획이다.
국민대 김병준 단장(글로벌사업단장, 아시아올림픽대학원 설립 준비위원장)은 “국제스포츠전략위원회와의 협력은 아시아올림픽대학원의 글로벌 교육 경쟁력을 한층 강화할 것”이라며 “국제 무대에서 활동할 수 있는 전문인력을 지속적으로 배출하겠다”고 말했다.
박주희 국제스포츠전략위원회 이사장은 “국민대와 함께 국제스포츠 현장에서 요구되는 실무형 인재 양성에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 아시아올림픽대학원은 오는 9월 6일(토) 국민대 학술회의장에서 공식 개원식을 개최할 예정이다.
