섬세한 붓터치.색감 ‘선사’ / 이상옥 (생활미술 78') 동문

셀 수 없이 섬세한 붓터치와 독특하고 강렬한 색감으로 관객에게 신비로움을 선물하는 이상옥 작가의 개인전이 18일부터 24일까지 둔산동 성갤러리에서 열린다.
특별한 형상이 없지만 붓터치와 색감으로 강렬한 무엇인가를 표출하는 작가의 내면이 작품에 고스란히 녹아있다. 8번의 개인전을 가진 베테랑 작가답게 작품의 성숙도가 농후하다.
이상옥 작가는 국민대 생활미술학과를 졸업하고 목원대 대학원에서 서양화를 전공했다.
전국작가 220인 초대전, 내포현대미술제, 대전미술제, 한밭미술제, 아트그룸 소나무전, 아시아여성미술초대전, 아트피아그룹전, 새천년 미의식의 확산전 등 수십여차례의 초대전 및 그룹전에서 활발한 활동을 하고 있다.
