[책]일본 정치,경제,역사 분석

국민대 일본학연구소가 연2회 발행 학술지인 ‘일본공간’ 창간호를 내놓았다. 박명규·임지현·최장집·한상일·미야지마 히로시 교수 등 한일 학자들이 ‘동아시아 속의 일본’이란 주제로 가진 창간 좌담이 흥미롭다. 최장집 교수는 “민족국가를 중심으로 한 경쟁구도에 동아시아공동체 구축 장애요소가 도사리고 있다”고 지적했고, 임지현 교수는 “시민사회의 자율성과 자발성을 강조해 국민국가로부터 우리의 상상력을 해방시키는 게 우선 과제”라고 주장했다.
책은 ‘일본의 대북한 인식’, ‘한일무역 성장 요인과 양국의 신통상산업’ 등 일본의 정치·경제·역사를 심도있게 분석하는 한편 1960년대 한일회담 비화도 인터뷰로 다뤘다. 일본의 최근 정치, 사회 동향을 파악한 ‘일본현지보고’와 서울을 체험한 일본 외교관의 체험담도 실렸다.
