DuPont Inc., Solae Company 대두단백 음료 개발 컨테스트 국민대학교팀 최우수상 수상

대두 단백 원료 global 회사인 쏠래컴퍼니는 2007년 1월 17일에서 1월31일에 걸쳐 전국 식품 관련 학과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 대두단백을 주원료로 한 음료 제품 개발 컨테스트를 실시하였다. 본교 식품영양학과 오지환(박사과정), 강수경(석사과정), 김정지(석사과정)로 구성 된 국민대학교팀은 "Solae Probio Beverage" 음료를 개발하여 제출하였으며 혁신적인 아이디어를 바탕으로 한 1단계 컨셉 평가, 실제 제품의 제출을 통한 2단계 평가, 기술보고서와 종합적 상업화 가능성의 3단계 평가를 걸쳐 최종적으로 지난 5월 21일 1 등상(The Best Award)를 수상하였다. 수상자는 2007년 7월 쏠래컴퍼니 본사 중앙 연구소(St. Louis, USA)로의 기술 연수의 기회가 주어진다.
