기계자동차공학부 한화택 교수 「제 2회 Hynix반도체 우수강의록상」의 최우수상 수상

본교 기계자동차공학부 한화택 교수가 2008년 10월 30일 한국공학교육
학회에서 시행하는 「제 2회 Hynix반도체 우수강의록상」의 최우수상을 수상하게 되었다.
한화택 교수는 전통적으로 이해하기 어려운 과목의 하나인 유체역학을 학생들에게 자연스럽게 이해시키기 위해 다양한 방법을 활용하였다.
요약된 강의록을 작성하여 강의시간 이전에 배포하여 학생들이 수업을 준비하도록 하는 것은 물론이고, 시청각자료를 사용하여 이해를 돕도록 하였다. 또한 일상생활 속에서 유체역학과 관련된 내용을 쉽게 풀어 재미있는 이야기 형식으로 설명함으로써 학생들의 흥미를 유발하였다.
특히 ABEEK의 공학교육인증제를 시행하면서 유체역학에 부분적인 설계학점을 도입하여 학생들이 흥미를 잃지 않으면서도 설계과제를 경험할 수 있도록 많은 노력을 기울였다.
이러한 노력을 통해 유체역학에 대한 학생들의 이해도를 높은 수준으로 끌어올렸을 뿐만 아니라 담당과목을 준비하고 운영하는 극진한 노력은 모든 교수들에게 귀감이 될 수 있음을 인정받아 최우수상을 수상하게 되었다.
시상식은 2008년 11월 13일 라마다프라자 제주호텔에서 열릴 예정이다.
