공업디자인 iF DESIGN AWARD 2008에서 sencond prize, Honorable Recognition 각각 2개의 상 수상

2008 공업디자인학과에서는 유럽을 비롯한 전 세계적으로 가장 권위 있는 디자인상 중에 하나인 iF DESIGN AWARD 2008에서 Concept 부문과 communication 부문에서 모두 4개의 상을 수상하는 영광을 안았다.
독일 iF(Indusrie Forum Design Hannover)에서 주관하는 국제 디자인 공모전으로 지난 54년부터 시작된 'iF 디자인 어워드'는 미국 'IDEA(Industrial Design Excellence Award)'와 함께 세계 최고의 권위있는 디자인 공모전으로 손꼽힐 만큼 권위를 자랑하는 공모전이다.
세계 유명 디자이너로 구성된 심사위원단이 실용성ㆍ안전성ㆍ내구성ㆍ인간공학적 배려ㆍ독창성 등을 기준으로 1년에 한번 수상작을 발표하고 있다.
