이장식 교수 교과부 2008 국가연구개발 우수성과 100선 선정 / (신소재공학부) 교수

이장식 국민대학교 교수(신소재공학부)의 연구 내용이 교육과학기술부가 국가 전체 연구개발 과제 중 뽑은 '2008 국가연구개발 우수성과 100선'에 선정됐다.
이 교수는 나노크기의 금속입자를 정보저장층으로 사용하는 비휘발성 메모리 소자 개발을 통해 차세대 고성능 메모리 소자의 실용화를 앞당긴 점등이 높은 평가를 받았다.
교육과학기술부는 2007년 국가연구개발사업 성과를 대상으로 16개 정부 부처 및 청에서 자체 선별을 통해 추천한 282건에 대해 선정위원회의 심층 평가를 거쳐 우수성과 사례 100선을 선정하였다. 교육과학기술부는 이번 달 5일 국립과천과학관으로 우수 연구과제 책임자들을 불러 '우수성과패'를 전달, 격려하기로 했다. 이장식 교수는 교육과학기술부/한국과학재단 선정 "우수연구성과 50선"에도 올 9월에 선정된 바 있다.
본 연구성과는 한국과학재단 우수연구센터인 자기조립소재공정연구센터 (센터장 이재갑 교수)의 지원으로 이루어졌다.
