World Class 300 프로젝트 선정 / 이인형(발효융합학과) 교수

중소기업청이 주관하고 한국산업기술평가관리원에서 시행하는 “World Class 300 프로젝트”에 우리대학 발효융합학과 이인형 교수 연구팀이 “미생물 발효 기술 기반의 나트륨 40% 저감화 효과가 있는 한국풍 핫소스용 모듈 개발”과제의 참여기관으로 선정되어 앞으로 4년간 약 5억 5천만원의 연구지원을 받게 된다.
"World Class 300 프로젝트"는 글로벌 기업으로의 성장의지와 잠재력을 갖춘 중견기업을 World Class 기업으로 육성함으로써, 취약한 산업의 허리를 강화하고 성장 동력을 지속적으로 확충하며 질 좋은 일자리를 창출할 목적으로 중소기업청에서 시행하는 국제공동연구로, 이번 프로젝트는 샘표식품(주)이 주관하고 국내에서는 우리대학과 이화여대가 해외에서는 스페인의 알리시아 파운데이션이 참여한다.
