일반대학원 금속공예학과 이희진 2015 Cominelli Foundation Award / (대학원 11 동문)

Fondazione Cominelli는 2004년 6월 설립된 AGC( associazione gioiello contemporaneo / 현대 장신구 협회) 주최 공모전이다. AGC는 이미 다른 여러 예술 프로젝트를 추진하여 왔으며, 현대적인 장신구 문화의 가치에 주목하고 그것을 확산하는 것에 의의를 두고 있다. Fondazione Cominelli Award는 이러한 AGC가 공모전 이벤트를 조직하고 홍보하여 매년 1회 개최되며, 2010년을 시작으로 올해로 6번째 공모전을 개최했다.
2015년의 공모전에서는 응모자 중 40명이 선정되어 2015년 8월 29일부터 2015년 10월 4일, 한 달 여의 전시 기간을 거쳐 최종 수상자 6명을 뽑았다.
전시에 참여하는 작가 40명의 작가 중 이요재 (대학원 11학번) 동문이 포함되었으며 이 중 이희진 동문이 Second prize를 수상하였다. 1~3등은 각 1명이며, Special Mentions은 3명으로 총 6명이 수상하였다. First Prize와 Second Prize는 각 2000, 1000유로의 상금이 주어진다.
