제2회 북악법학학술상 / 김동훈(법학부) 교수

국민대학교 법학연구소에서 시상하는 북악법학학술상은 법무법인 ‘한중’의 후원으로 국민대학교 법학연구소에서 발간하는 [법학논총](등재지)에 게재된 논문 중 법학논총의 학문적 위상을 드높이고 나아가 한국 법학발전에 기여한 바가 큰 논문을 선정하여 시상하고 있다.
제2회 국민대학교 북악법학학술상은 김동훈 국민대학교 법과대학 교수, 안성조 제주대학교 법학전문대학원 교수가 수상자로 선정되었다. 김동훈 교수의 “담보책임상 권리행사기간과 소멸시효의 문제” (법학논총 제27권 제3호), 안성조 교수의 “진화심리학의 관점에서 본 학교폭력의 원인과 입법적, 정책적 제언” (법학논총 제27권 제3호) 논문이 선정되었다.
시상식은 02월 12일 오전 11시 30분 서울 국민대학교 법학관 104호에서 열렸다. 김동훈 교수는 국민대학교 법과대학 학장을 역임하였고 현재 법무부 민법개정위원회 위원, 공정거래조성원 조정위원 등으로 왕성한 활동을 하고 있으며, 안성조 교수는 변호사시험/사법시험/행정고시 출제위원, 한국경찰법학회, 한국형사소송법학회 상임이사로 활동 중이다.
