PERIDANCE CAPEZIO CENTER 오디션 최종 합격 / 공연예술학부 무용전공

지난 4월 8일 한국사단법인 한국발레협회, 국민대학교, PERIDANCE CAPEZIO CENTER 주최로 진행된 AUDITION에서 본교 재학생 이우진(2학년)을 비롯한 무용전공 학생들이 인증프로그램 및 전문가과정 프로그램에 최종 합격하는 영예를 안았다.
PERIDANCE CAPEZIO CENTER(Artistic director: Igal Perry)는 미국 뉴욕에 위치한 국제적인 무용스튜디오로 세계적 무용가를 양성, 배출하는 무용전문기관이다. 예술감독인 Igal Perry는 한국 뿐만 아니라 세계 각국을 방문하여 오디션을 통해 예비 무용수 및 무용전공 학생들을 선발, PERIDANCE CAPEZIO CENTER에서 연수 및 수학할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다.
4월 8일 국내에서 개최된 오디션을 통해 국민대학교 공연예술학부 무용전공 2학년에 재학중인 이우진(2학년)학생이 특별장학생 인증프로그램(1년 연수 프로그램)에 합격하였으며, 전문가과정 프로그램(3개월 연수 프로그램)에는 4학년 곽민우, 임현준, 2학년 이두희, 1학년 김영경, 강민지, 장은영, 이현섭, 신상은 학생이 선발되었다.
특히 이번 오디션은 한국예술종합학교, 한양대학교, 숙명여자대학교, 한국체육대학교, 한성대학교, 성신여자대학교 등을 대표하는 학생 30명이 참가한 가운데 우수한 실력으로 두각을 나타내었으며, 선발학생들은 내년 2017년 여름부터 미국 뉴욕 PERIDANCE CAPEZIO CENTER에서 수학하게 된다.
