법관 대상 사법연수원 외부 강의 진행 / 주재우(경영학부) 교수

국민대학교 경영대학 경영학부 주재우 교수가 법관 연수 프로그램에 참가하여 판사들을 대상으로 강의를 진행했다. 주재우 교수는 일상에서 발견되는 행동경제학 사례를 소개하고 각 사례가 기반하는 인간의 특성을 소개하여, 판결에 도움이 되는 인간에 대한 이해를 증진하는데 목적을 두었다. 특히, 법정 출두 명령에 따르지 않는 시민을 대상으로 명령에 순응하도록 유도하는 행동경제학 기법을 제안한 Chicago 대학의 Criminal Lab 사례가 큰 관심을 받았다.
해당 법관 연수 프로그램은 사법연수원이 진행하는 경력별 연수 프로그램의 일환으로, 법원행정처 판사, 법학전문대학원 교수 뿐만 아니라 AI 기업 대표, 예술 기업의 대표도 수업을 진행하여 판사들의 판단력 증진에 도움을 주고 있다.
