2026 한국미생물·생명공학회 국제학술대회 다수 수상 / 정지윤(일반대학원 식품영양학과 박사과정 25), 양은경, 허나윤(석사과정 26) 학생

지난 6월 24일부터 26일까지 경주화백컨벤션센터(HICO)에서 개최된 “2026년도 제 53회 한국미생물·생명공학회 정기학술대회 및 국제심포지엄”에서 우리 대학 식품영양학과 정지윤(일반대학원 박사과정 25), 양은경(석사과정 26), 허나윤(석사과정 26) 학생(이상 지도교수 장윤지)이 각각 우수 포스터 발표상과 구두발표 장려상을 수상했다.
2026 한국미생물생명공학회는 미생물학과 생명공학 분야의 최신 연구성과를 공유하는 국내 대표 학술대회로, 다양한 심포지엄과 구두·포스터 발표 세션을 통해 학계와 산업계 연구자들의 활발한 학술 교류가 이루어졌다. 특히 미생물 기반 바이오소재, 발효공학, 산업미생물, 마이크로바이옴, 박테리오파지, 합성생물학 및 바이오의약 등 첨단 바이오 분야의 최신 연구가 폭넓게 발표되었다
국민대학교 정지윤 학생은 프로바이오틱스 유래 탄소나노점의 노로바이러스 및 SARS-CoV-2에 대한 항바이러스 효능과 안전성 평가를 목적으로 [Inhibition of Norovirus and SARS-CoV-2 by Citric Acid-Functionalized Carbon Dots Derived from Lactobacillus plantarum] 연구를 수행하여 우수 포스터 발표상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
양은경 학생은 발효 식품 내 박테리오파지 오염을 제어하는 선택적 제어 전략 수립을 목적으로 [Selective Inactivation of Bacteriophages while Preserving Bacillus subtilis during Cheonggukjang Fermentation] 연구를 수행하여 우수 포스터 발표상 및 구두발표 장려상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
허나윤 학생은 김치의 후산성화를 선택적으로 제어하는 pH-반응형 파지 전달 시스템 개발을 목적으로 「A pH-Responsive Phage Delivery System for Targeted Control of Post-Acidification in Kimchi」 연구를 수행하여 세계김치연구소 대학원생 구두발표 경진대회에서 혁신기술상을 수상하는 성과를 거두었다.
