※ 학생 지원팀 신청기간: 2024년 12월 30일 ~ 2025년 1월 7일(22시 59분까지)
※ 신청방법: ON국민 - 포털 - 학생서비스 - 장학정보 - 장학신청
※ 제출서류: 아래 첨부파일 참조
① 2025년 상반기 효명장학금 신청서 1부
② 자기소개서 1부 (분량 A4 2~3p 내외, 모든 항목을 빠짐없이 기록하여 제출)
③ 개인정보 수집·활용 동의서
④ 2024 2학기 성적증명서 1부 (휴학생의 경우, 직전학기 성적증명서 1부)
⑤ 주민등록등본 1부
⑥ 장애인복지카드 1부
⑦ (해당자만)사회봉사활동, 외국어성적, 자격증 사본 등 증빙서류 각 1부.
※ 제출하는 서류들은 순서에 맞게 정리후 스캔하여 하나의 PDF 파일로 업로드 바랍니다.
- 여러 개의 PDF 파일금지 / 압축금지 / 휴대폰 사진 금지
- 신청서상 서명란에 날인 필수
- 제목양식: 효명장학사업신청서(학번, 이름)
※ 필요서류나 제출형식이 맞지 않으면 우선 탈락될 수 있습니다.
