학생생활상담센터에서는 2024학년도 일상회복 프로그램(Self-care)을 통해
2학기 매월 각각 다른 주제의 힐링 프로그램을 진행하여 재학생들의 감정 인식, 스트레스 해소에 도움을 주고자 합니다.
학교생활에 열중하다가 지칠 즈음, 9월 말, 10월 말, 11월 중순에 각각 진행되는 프로그램이니
각 프로그램의 신청 기간을 잘 확인하고 신청하시어 내 마음도 잘 관리하는 한 학기 보내시기 바랍니다.
9월에 준비한 주제는 <색채심리>입니다.
색채활동을 통해 마음 속 알아차리지 못했던 나의 감정에 대해 이해하고 정화하는 시간을 가져볼 예정입니다. (도구들은 모두 마련되어 있습니다)
일정은 많은 학생들이 참여할 수 있도록 각 주제 당 2회의 일정으로 준비했습니다.
일정을 잘 확인하시고 둘 중 가능한 날로 신청바랍니다.
*일정: 1) 9/26 목요일 오후 2시~4시 2) 9/30 월요일 오후 2시~4시
