나를 파악하고, 목표를 만들고, 실행을 위한 습관을 만드는 과정으로
스스로 학습목표를 설정하는 노하우를 학습할 수 있습니다.

3. 항해의 준비: 습관 만들기

가상대학 로그인 → KMU-MOOC 접속 → 해당 강좌 신청 후 참여
<혜택지원>
- 비교과 이수 2시간 인정
- 이수기준: 수강 기간 내 1, 2, 3강 각 90% 이상 시청
