제1회 여교수회 차세대 여성리더 장학생 선발

국민대학교 여교수회(회장 : 신영선 교수)에서는 그동안 상대적으로 소외되어 왔던 우수한 여학생의 리더쉽을 격려해 주고, 남·녀 性 불균형 및 차별에 따른 불합리한 요소들을 지양해 나가야 한다는 뜻을 담은 차세대 여성리더 장학금을 제정하여, 지난 2학기에 장학금 공고와 1, 2차 심사과정을 거쳐 2007년 제 1회 차세대 여성리더 장학금 수령자로 유시정(문과대학 중어중문학과 3년)학생과 오환희(자연과학대학 식품영양학과 3년)학생을 선발하여 이들 각자에게 장학금 450만원을 지급하였다.
여교수회에서는 앞으로 매년 2학기 때 홈페이지에 장학생 선발공고를 실시하여 차세대 여성리더를 위한 장학사업을 지속할 방침이며 지원기준은 국민대학교에 재학 중인 3학년 여학생으로서 공고에 제시되는 기본요건을 충족하면 가능하다.
