실·부장 역량 강화 교육 가져

2006학년도 실·부장 역량강화 교육이 지난 9월 21일(목)부터 1박2일 일정으로 경기도 가평의 '좋은 아침 리조트'에서 진행되었다.
이번 교육은 2-4급인 실·부장을 대상으로 하였는데, 김문환총장의 <인사말>로 시작된 첫째날은 <대종평 자체평가 결과보고 및 개선 방향 제안 - 강사 : 이태희 교수>과 <대학경영환경 변화와 리더의 역할 - 강사 : 윤덕균 한양대교수>에 이어 <효율적인 조직 운영방안>에 관한 토론의 시간을 가졌다.
둘째날은 <족구>와 <축구> 등 팀워크를 증진하는 구기종목으로 진행되었다.
직원 역량강화교육은 5-7급 직원은 지난 6월 15-16일 진행되었고, 7-9급 직원은 11월 24-25일에 실시된다.
