금속공예가 박준 (동문99졸) 씨가 천주교 서울대 교구가 올해 처음으로 개최하는
가톨릭미술대전에서 응모작 '현대 신앙의 십자가'로 영예의 대상을 차지했다.
'순교'라는 주제로 1부 회화와 2부 조각,공예 로 나누어 공모한 이번 전시전에서
'현대신앙의 십자가' 는 1,2부 전체의 대상을 수상해 상금 5천만을 수상하며,
한국천주교순교자박물관(절두산 순교성지)에 영구소장하게 된다.
한국천주교순교자박물관(관장 변우찬 신부)은 오는 8일 오후 3시 마포구 합정동 절두산 순교성지 성당에서 정진석 추기경이 주례하는 미사 중에 시상식을 개최한다.
최우수상은 회화부문 정재승·박혜원 씨가, 조각·공예부문에는 박남규 씨가 수상자로 선정되어 상금 2천만원을 수여한다.
수상작품은 오는 12월 8일부터 27일까지일 한국천주교순교자박물관 전관에서 전시될 예정이다.
