GS 칼텍스 대학생 신에너지 아이디어 공모전 동상 수상

GS칼텍스가 대학생을 대상으로 한 연료전지, 박막전지 아이디어 공모전에서 탄소배출권 개념을 건물용 연료전지 시스템에 적용하여 마케팅아이디어를 제안한 본 대학교의 신소재공학과 오인환, 김규섭, 이유림 학생이 동상을 수상하였다.
이번 공모전은 GS칼텍스의 대표 신에너지 사업인 건물용 연료전지와 박막전지를 주제로 마련되었으며, 건물용 연료전지 마케팅 및 홍보방안과 박막전지 적용 아이디어 제안 등에 대해 전국의 대학생들이 참신한 아이디어를 제안하였다.
온라인으로 진행된 이번 공모전은 지난 4월부터 7월까지 참가자들이 관련 아이디어를 제안하고, 1차 및 최종 심사를 거쳐 지난 9월 2일 최종 수상자를 선정하였다. GS칼텍스 본사에서 펼쳐진 최종 심사에서는 1차 심사를 통과한 8개 팀이 직접 자신들의 아이디어에 대한 프레젠테이션을 펼치면서 치열한 경합을 펼쳤다.
GS칼텍스는 수소에너지 시대에 대비하여 지난 1989년 연료전지 개발을 시작한 이래, 미래 성장동력 확보를 위해 다양한 신에너지 및 신소재 분야에 투자를 진행하고 있다.
