국민대 공예문화산업연구소 한국문화재재단과 MOU

국민대학교 공예문화산업연구소(소장 정용진, 조형대학 금속공예학과 교수)과 한국문화재재단(이사장 서도식)은 6월 23일(화) 오전 10시 서울 강남구 중요무형문화재전수회관에서 ‘문화유산 활용 공예·디자인 연구개발 활성화를 위한 업무협약’을 체결하였다.
협약식에는 서도식 이사장과 정용진 연구소장을 비롯하여 금속공예학과 전용일, 강연미, 현지연 교수가 참여하고 재단기관 관계자가 참석하여 상호 교류협력에 대한 뜻을 하나로 모았다.
이 날 협약체결에 따라 양 기관은 전통문화 디자인 연구·개발 사업 진행과 사업 추진을 위한 자료·정보 및 인프라의 제공, 한국문화유산 활용 콘텐츠 연구 강화를 위한 교육·연수 프로그램을 운영 등을 협력하게 된다. 본 협약을 통해 양 기관이 전문성을 토대로 상호 협력하여 문화유산활용 관련 사업을 추진함으로써 전통공예 활용 활성화 및 전통문화의 선양과 발전에 기여할 예정이다.
