국민대학교 국정관리전략연구소(소장 홍성걸 교수)가 주최하는 'Training for Strategic Action Plan(SAP) among ASEAN Forum on Taxation'이 아세안 회원국 조세·재정분야 공무원을 대상으로 그랜드 앰배서더 호텔에서 진행됐다.
'한-아세안 협력기금'의 후원으로 진행되는 본 연수과정은 1) 조세·재정관리 역량강화 2) ASEAN Forum on Taxation을 위한 우리나라 조세·재정 정책 분야 경험과 지식공유, 3) 한-아세안 회원국 간의 우호관계 증진을 목적으로 수행되고 있다.
본 연수과정은 총 2차로 구성되어 있으며, 1차 연수는 8월 18일부터 26일까지 14명이 참가하여 진행 중이며, 2차 연수는 9월 1일부터 9일까지 16명이 참석할 예정이다. 연수생들은 7개의 강의 수강, 한국조세재정연구원 견학, 산업시찰(울산자동차 및 포스코) 및 한국 문화 체험을 할 계획이다.
국정관리전략연구소는 2008년부터 공적개발원조(Official Development Assistance, ODA) 사업의 일환으로 개발도상국 공무원 대상 연수과정을 수행하였으며, 현재까지 32개 과정 총 463명의 연수생을 초청하였다. 주요 연수분야로는 ICT, 전자정부, 경제개발전략, 관세행정, 조세행정 등이 있다.
