경영대학원 리더십과코칭MBA전공, 서울서부준법지원센터와 MOU 체결

국민대학교 경영대학원(원장 권순범)은 서울서부준법지원센터(소장 조성민) 와 9월 5일 (수) 오후 2시 경영대학원 원장실에서 업무협약을 체결하고, 리더십과코칭MBA전공 대학원생 20명을 특별 법사랑위원으로 위촉했다.
이번 업무체결을 통해 우수인재인 국민대 경영대학원생과 보호관찰 청소년에 대한 선도 및 지원체계를 강화하고, 보호관찰 청소년과 1:1 결연을 맺어 코칭·상담지원 등의 다양한 전문처우 프로그램을 실시하여 이들의 건전한 사회복귀를 유도할 계획이다.
조성민 소장은 "앞으로도 보호관찰 청소년들의 심성순화 및 성행개선을 도모하기 위해 다양한 우수 전문 인력인 특별 법사랑위원을 지속적으로 위촉해 나갈 예정이며, 특히 이번에 신규 위촉받은 특별 법사랑위원들의 열정과 전문성을 가진 활동을 통해 보호관찰 청소년 들의 재범방지에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다"고 밝혔다.
전문 코치들은 사전 교육을 이수하고 법부무 특별법사랑위원으로 위촉되어 멘토와 멘티(보호관찰청소년) 와의 1:1 매칭을 통한 면대면 코칭을 통해 보호관찰 청소년들이 재범 방지와 건전한 사회적응으로 올바르게 성장 할 수 있도록 공익 코칭을 통한 사회적 가치 실현을 위한 활동을 하게 된다.
