국민대, 직원 사기충전 이벤트 행사 진행해

국민대학교(총장 정승렬)가 3월 19일(화) 오전 본부관 1층 로비에서 새학년, 새학기 시작을 맞이하여 직원들을 대상으로 <사기 충전 빵빵 이벤트>를 진행했다.
총장을 비롯하여 학교법인 국민학원 사무총장 · 노동조합위원장 · 처장단 등은 출근하는 직원들에게 수제빵과 음료로 구성된 사기충전 빵빵세트(다과세트) 약 300개를 직접 전달했다.
이번 행사는 새 학기를 맞이하여 직원들의 노고를 치하하고 활력을 높이는 응원의 메시지를 전달하기 위해 기획됐다. 또한 총장과 처장단 등 학교 본부와 직원 간 유대감을 증대하고 긍정적인 분위기를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
국민대 정승렬 총장은 “직원들에게 업무 동기를 부여할 수 있는 행사는 조직 내 협력을 강화하고 긍정적인 업무환경을 조성할 수 있다는 측면에서 매우 중요하다”며 “새학기를 힘차게 시작할 교내 각 부서의 직원들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람”이라고 밝혔다.
