국민대–국립금오공대, RISE 기반 지역혁신 확산 위한 업무협약(MOU) 체결

국민대학교 RISE사업단(RISE사업단장 손진식)은 국립금오공과대학교 RISE사업단(RISE사업단장 권오형)과 함께 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계(RISE) 취지에 부합하는 초광역 협력 체계를 구축하고, 양 대학의 우수 성과 공유 및 확산을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 양 대학의 RISE 추진체계와 성과 모델을 상호 교류하고, 지역 혁신을 선도하는 협력 기반을 단계적으로 확대하는 데 목적이 있다.
양 기관은 ▲산업현장 연계 및 실증·확산 ▲AI·디지털 전환(AX/DX) 역량 강화 ▲지역문제 해결형 혁신 모델 및 거버넌스 교류 등을 중심으로 협력을 추진한다. 특히 산업 수요 기반 협력 과제 발굴과 기업·기관 네트워크 연계를 강화하고, 교육 프로그램·콘텐츠 공동 기획과 포럼·세미나 등 성과 공유 활동도 함께 전개할 예정이다.
아울러 대학–지자체–기업–지역기관이 참여하는 협력 구조 사례를 공유하고, 리빙랩 등 지역문제 해결형 프로그램 확산을 통해 실질적인 지역 혁신 성과 창출에 기여할 계획이다.
국민대학교 RISE사업단은 “이번 협약은 대학 간 협력을 넘어 지역과 산업을 연결하는 초광역 RISE 모델을 확산하는 계기가 될 것”이라며 “AI·디지털 전환과 산업 연계 교육을 통해 실질적인 성과를 만들어가겠다”고 밝혔다.
