검색엔진 기업인 다이퀘스트는 강락근 영업이사를 신임 대표이사 사장으로 선임했으며, 기존 최대주주인 신도투자가 갖고 있던 지분 전량을 새로운 경영진이 확보했다고 11일 밝혔다. 신도리코 계열 창투사인 신도투자는 지난해 9월 다이퀘스트의 최대지분을 확보하고 관계사인 신도컴퓨터 윤용락 사장을 대표이사로 임명한 바 있으며, 이번에 지분 전량을 경영진에게 되팔고 윤 사장도 물러났다. |
다이퀘스트측은 최근 개최된 이사회에서 전문성과 사업수행능력 외에 기업신용 및 신뢰도가 사업수행의 주요여건인 솔루션 산업 특성을 고려해 기존 경영진에서 검색솔루션 기술 및 영업 전문가로 이뤄진 내부임원으로 경영진을 교체했다고 설명했다.
강락근 신임 사장은 국민대 경영정보관리학과를 졸업하고 디지털퍼스트 모바일 TF팀장을 거쳐 다이퀘스트 영업이사로 활동해왔다.
강락근 사장은 "사원중심으로 타 기업과 차별화 되는 독특한 내부문화를 형성해 기업경쟁력을 향상시키고 적극 활용함으로써 빠르게 변하는 검색시장의 확실한 전문기업으로 자리매김할 것"이라고 말했다.
