서울시는 서울신용보증재단 신임 이사장에 강진섭 국민은행 HR그룹 본부장(56)을 내정했다고 31일 밝혔다.
강 신임 서울신용보증재단이사장 내정자는 국민대 무역학과를 졸업하고 국민은행에 입사해 주요보직을 거치면서 금융분야 전문지식과 경험을 쌓았다.
국민은행 재직 당시 사업전략과 조직관리 핵심 업무를 총괄해 환경변화 예측 및 전략구상과 조직혁신에 대한 의지와 책임감을 갖췄다는 평이다.
시가 내부 간부진에 이어 투자출연기관장에 대한 인사를 단행함에 따라 민선6기 핵심과제 추진에 속도가 붙을 것으로 전망된다.
이번에 내정된 신임 이사장은 임용 결격사유 여부 등 신원조사 및 조회를 거쳐 11월 중 공식 임명될 예정이다.
