2013 Reddot Design Award 수상 / 공업디자인학과

2013 레드닷 디자인 어워즈(Red-dot design awards)에서 국민대학교 공업디자인학과 학생작 3점이 수상작으로 선정되었다. 레드닷 어워드(Red-dot awards)는 IF, IDEA와 함께 세계 3대 디자인 공모전 중 하나로, 학생부분이 따로 지정되어 있지 않아 전 프로와 아마추어 모두 동등한 위치에서 서로 실력을 겨루는 디자인의 장이라 할 수 있다.
서지현(공업디자인 10) 학생의 Hang up Lamp, Escape shot, 김도윤(공업디자인 07), 박진용(공업디자인 07), 문경미(시각디자인학과 07) 학생의 Earlarm 등 3개의 작품이 design concept 부문에서 수상하였다. 특히 서지현 학생의 Hang up Lamp는 수상작 중 특별히 우수한 작품에 부여되는 Honorable Mention으로 지정되었다.

서지현 - Hang up Lamp
Hang up lamp는 캠핑시 접고 늘릴 수 있어 휴대성이 강하고 둥글게 말아 나뭇가지나 텐트봉에 걸 수 있어 기존 램프를 걸기 위한 많은 수고를 줄일 수 있다. 또한 잠금장치쪽에 위치한 태양전지로 전력을 모으고 소비한다.

서지현 - Escape shot
Escape shot은 버스사고가 났을 시, 안의 승객들이 가까이서 내리쳐서 창문을 깨야하는 기존의 망치형태보다 더 안전하게 쓸 수 있는 긴급용품으로, 평소엔 버스 좌석의 손잡이로 이용되다 긴급상황 때에 안전장치를 풀어 떼낸 뒤 창문에 부착 후 당겼다가 놓아 그 충격으로 창문을 깨는 방식이다.
김도윤, 박진용, 문경미 - Earlarm
Earlarm은 귀마개와 알람이 결합된 제품으로, 잠자리에 들 때에는 귀마개로 주변의 소음으로부터 방해 받는 것을 막아주고, 일어날 때에는 혼자만 들을 수 있게 알람이 울려서 주변사람들에게 방해가 되지 않도록 한다.
