‘제7회 공개소프트웨어개발자대회’ 금상 수상/ 김가희(전자공학부 10)

전자공학부 김가희(전자공학부 10) 외 삼성 소프트웨어 멤버십소속의 2명의 팀원이 함께 소속 된 ‘Opener팀’은 지난 12월 5일에 열린 미래 창조 과학부가 주최하고 정보통신 산업 진흥원과, 한국 공개소프트웨어 협회에서 주관하는 ‘공개 소프트웨어 개발자대회’에 참가하여, 금상을 수상하는 쾌거를 이루었다. 지난해 6월 23일 1차 예선을 통과하였으며, 금상이라는 최종 성적을 거두었다.
이 공모전은 우수개발자를 발굴하고, 우수 소프트웨어 발굴이 목표였다. 위 팀은 가청주파수 임계대역을 이용한 데이터통신 라이브러리를 개발하였다. 이 라이브러리는 신호처리 기반의 지식을 활용하여 구현되었다. 특히 이 라이브러리는 참신한 아이디어와 서버단과 클라이언트단에서 모두 활용 가능하다는 점에서 큰 점수를 받을 수 있었다.
앞으로 이 라이브러리는 github를 통해 오픈 될 예정이며, 이 라이브러리를 이용한 어플리케이션은 SKT측과의 협의 후에 티스토어에 정식 등록될 예정이다.
위 팀은 상패와 함께 부상으로 500만원의 상금을 받았다.
