최영덕(58)이천경찰서장은 의정부 출신으로 국민대학교 한문학과를 졸업, 1981년 경사특채로 경찰에 입문했다. 2007년 총경으로 승진해 강원 화천서장과 충북 영동서장, 대전청 경비교통과장, 연천서장, 경기청 보안과장을 역임했으며 직원과 격의 없이 어울리며 조직 화합을 이끌어 내고 있다는 평이다. | ||||
김충환(53)포천경찰서장은 충북 옥천 출신으로 국민대를 졸업, 1992년 경찰간부 40기로 경찰에 입문했다. 미국 FBI관리자 과정을 이수한 뒤 경기 제2청 경무계장을 거쳐 2012년 총경으로 승진해 충북청 옥천서장, 경기 제2청 경비교통과장을 역임했다. 온화한 성격을 갖고 있는 경찰통이다. | ||||
배영철(57·사진)신임 인천삼산경찰서장은 전남 출신으로 국민대 법학과를 졸업하고 1984년 4월 경찰간부후보 32기로 임용돼 경찰에 첫발을 내디뎠다. 이후 전남 강진서장, 서울청 지하철경찰대장, 경찰청 교통운영담당관, 서울청 동작서장 등을 역임한 뒤 현재까지 인천청 경비교통과장으로 재직했다. 특히 서울청 지하철경찰대장, 본청 교통운영담당관 등을 역임해 경비교통 분야에서 뛰어난 업무 능력을 인정받고 온화한 리더십을 발휘해 직원들에게 사명감과 긍지를 갖고 일할 수 있는 여건 조성에 있어 탁월하다는 평을 듣고 있다.
