강영구 동문 메리츠화재 윤리경영실장(사장급) 임명 / (정치외교학과 85)

메리츠화재는 금융감독원 보험담당 부원장보와 보험개발원장을 지낸 강영구 전 태평양 고문을 사장급으로 격상시킨 윤리경영실장으로 영입했다. 강영구 동문은 윤리경영실장을 맡으며 감사와 대외업무도 겸임한다. 윤리경영실은 메리츠화재가 정도경영을 강화하기 위해 감사업무총괄을 확대 개편한 조직이다.
강영구 신임사장은 휘문고, 국민대학교 정치외교학과를 졸업하고 보험감독원에 입사했다. 금융감독원 보험업서비스본부 부원장보, 보험개발원장, 법무법인 태평양 고문, 롯데손해보험 사외이사 등 보험업에만 20여년을 몸 담아온 보험통이다.
