한국생산제조시스템학술대회 드론경진대회 창의상 수상 / 동아리 크론

교육부 지원 수도권대학 특성화사업(CK-II) 휴먼테크놀로지 창의인재 육성 사업단(단장 기계시스템공학부 이건상교수)에서 활동 지원을 받는 동아리인 크론(KM드론, 동아리 대표 유우종)이 지난 2015년 4월 29일 한국생산제조시스템학술대회 주관으로 열린 드론경진대회에서 창의상과 상금을 수상했다.
대회에서는 참가팀의 설계보고서, 포스터, 그리고 제작된 드론에 대한 실제 운행시연(flying)을 10분씩 발표하고 운행을 경합하였으며, 국민대학교 크론팀이 최종 두 개 팀에 선발되어 창의상을 수상하게 되었다. 크론팀의 KM드론은 추락하더라도 날개가 파손되지 않도록 설계한 부분에 대해 높은 창의성을 평가를 받아 창의상을 수상하게 된 것이다.
KM드론팀은 김은성, 배우성, 변원태, 봉정섭, 성기욱, 성덕주, 유우종, 이건우,이동호,조정인(가나다순)의 총 10명과 이건상, 김태우 지도 교수로 구성되어있다.
