유한욱 수자원본부장 “40년 공직 노하우로 지역발전 온 힘”/ (대학원 행정학과 박사과정 08 동문)

1957년 순천 출생. 국민대 행정학 박사.
지난 1977년 당시 고양군에서 최초 임용돼 공직에 입문했으며 1985년 경기도로 전입해 지역경제과, 가정복지과, 환경자원과, 예산담당관, 대중교통과, 디자인담당관, 환경정책과 등에서 근무하며 다양한 경험을 쌓은 베테랑.
지난 2007년에는 지방공기업분야 유공 대통령 표창을 받기도. 40년 가까이 공직 생활을 해오며 쌓아온 행정 경험이 가장 큰 무기로 평가.
