2016 International Baltic Jewellery Show Amber Trip contest ‘First Prize’ 수상 / 김지영(디자인대학원 주얼리디자인전공 14)

국민대학교 디자인대학원 주얼리디자인전공 4학기 김지영 학생이 <2016 International Baltic Jewellery Show Amber Trip> 공모전의 주얼리 부문에서 1등상을 수상하였다.
< International Baltic Jewellery Show Amber Trip>은 호박 보석 산업과 예술을 위한 발트 해 지역 최고 전문화된 국제 보석 박람회로 세계적으로도 중요 보석 행사 중 하나이며, 행사의 일환으로 국제적인 아트 쥬얼리 공모전을 개최해오고 있다. 올해로 제 13회를 맞이한 공모전은 'my home'을 주제로 작품의 공모하였으며, 지난 3월 9일부터 12일까지 박람회 동안 오브제 부문과 주얼리 부문에서 각각 3명의 수상자를 선정하였다.
김지영 학생은 주얼리 부문에서 호박을 이용한 예술성과 창의력, 조형적 형태에 대해 좋은 평가를 받아 1등상을 수상하였다. 1등상 수상자에게는 내년 2017 발트 해 국제 보석 박람회에 에 전시참여기회가 제공되며, 수상작들은 영국 런던 등 유럽의 유명 갤러리에서 순회 전시될 예정이다.
또한 김지영 학생은 지난 2월 폴란드 ‘Amberif Design Award 2016’에서 개최하는 ‘Amberif Design Award contemporary jewellery contest’에서도 특별상을 수상하는 등 활발한 작품 활동을 펼치고 있다.
