서울지방중소기업청과 서울창조경제혁신센터가 주최하고 국민대, 건국대, 동국대, 숭실대, 연세대, 인덕대 등 6개 대학의 창업지원단과 엔젤투자센터, 와디즈가 주관한 ‘YES! Seoul 창업 경진대회’에서 국민대학교 창업지원단 창업동아리인 ‘아람(ARAM)’이 ‘YES!크라우드펀딩’ 부문에서 우수상을 수상하였다.
지난 9월 2일부터 11월 30일까지 진행 된 ‘YES! Seoul 창업 경진대회’는 창업아이템선발과 크라우드펀딩의 두 분야로 나누어 공모하였다. 그 중 크라우드펀딩 대회에는 예비 혹은 창업 3년 이내의 스타트업 9팀이 크라우드펀딩 사이트 ‘와디즈’에서 28일간 직접 크라우드 펀딩을 실시하는 방식으로 진행되었으며, 최종 평가는 수익금에 따른 점수와 엔젤투자자들의 아이템에 대한 평가점수가 합산되어 이루어졌다.
국민대학교 조형대학 금속공예학과 4학년 이정형(10학번), 이준후(10학번), 황상연(10학번)이 만든 창업동아리 ‘아람(ARAM)’은 ‘YES!크라우드펀딩’ 부문에서 ‘일자형 수제 일렉트릭 기타 THE PEN’으로 와디즈 크라우드펀딩 249%를 달성하며 우수상을 수상하였다.
