2017년 제23회 휴먼테크 논문대상 장려상 수상 / 전자공학부

제23회 삼성전자에서 주최하는 휴먼테크 논문 대상에서 국민대학교 일반대학원 전자공학부 전력전자연구실(지도교수 한상규)의 김효훈(석사과정 15), 구현수(박사과정 15) 팀이 장려상을 수상하였다.
이번 논문대상에서 장려상을 수상한 김효훈, 구현수 팀은 “고효율 및 고전력밀도 1MHz 고속스위칭 3레벨 LLC 공진형 컨버터” 논문으로 수상하였으며, 이를 통해 새로운 방식의 3-레벨 컨버터 구조를 제안하고, 고효율과 동시에 고전력밀도를 달성하여 향후 자동화 장치산업으로서의 전원장치 산업의 발판이 되는 컨버터를 제안하였다.
지난 1994년 제정돼 올해 23회를 맞이한 휴먼테크 논문대상은 삼성전자가 미래 과학 한국을 이끌어갈 창의적이고 도전적인 젊은이를 발굴하고 대학교와 고등학교의 연구 분위기를 활성하기 위해 운영되고 있다. 대학(원)부문 논문 공모 분야는 Circuit Design, Signal Processing, Communication & Networks, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering 등 10개 분야로 국내외 연구자들이 제출한 논문에 대한 심사가 이뤄졌다.
올해는 약 1900편의 논문이 접수되었으며 초록심사→심사합격→논문작성심사(서류심사)→논문발표(발표심사) 등 엄정한 평가를 거쳐 대상1, 금상9, 은상20, 동상30, 장려상 19편의 논문이 선정됐다. 김효훈, 구현수 팀은 삼성전자 휴먼테크 논문대상 장려상의 부상으로 상금 200만원을 지원받게 된다.
