사진작가 노상현 ‘기억들’ 展 개최 / 디자인대학원 99 동문

사진작가 노상현의 개인전 ‘기억들(memories)’이 오는 29일부터 내달 4일까지 세종문화회관미술관에서 열린다.
이번 사진전은 재즈(JAZZ), 뉴욕(NEWYORK), 뉴질랜드(New Zealand), 한국(KOREA) 등 네 가지 테마로 구성된다. 자연과 사람에 지속적인 관심을 보인 노상현 작가는 가장 애착을 갖고 있는 작품을 선별해 전시를 구성했다.
전시를 주관한 업노멀 관계자는 “작가의 사진이 어지러운 세상사로 지쳐 있는 현대인의 일상에 긍정의 에너지를 일으킬 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것”이라고 전했다. 전시 기간 동안 업노멀 홈페이지를 통해 작품구입이 가능하다. 에디션 없이 단 하나의 작품만 판매될 예정이다.
한편, 1973년 출생한 노 작가는 서울과학기술대학교 미술대학 금속공예학과(학사)와 국민대디자인대학원 주얼리디자인학과(석사)를 졸업했다. 2003년 논문집 ‘인체와 패션이 조화된 쥬얼리 사진에 대한 연구’로 석사학위 청구전을 시작으로 2010년 개인전 ‘뉴욕에서 길을 잃다’, 2011년 ‘크로스 오버(cross over)’, 2012년 ‘딜루션(delusion)’ (이상 가나인사아트센터)을 비롯해 서른 네 차례 인터넷 사진전을 여는 등 활발한 작품 활동을 이어오고 있다.
