전라남도 신임 기획조정실장에 행안부 고광완 국장 / 고광완(대학원 언론정보학과 박사과정 14) 동문

전라남도 신임 고광완 기획조정실장
전라남도는 16일자로 기획조정실장에 행정안전부 고광완(51) 유엔거버넌스센터 협력국장을 임명한다고 밝혔다.
신임 고실장은 유엔거버넌스센터 협력국장, 국민대통합위원회 운영지원부장, 행정자치부 성과관리과장, 지역공동체과장, 지역활성화과장, 지역녹색성장과장 등을 역임했으며 지방사업부터 국제업무까지 두루 섭렵한 종합적 기획능력을 갖춘 행정통으로 알려졌다.
행정고시 38회인 고광완 신임 실장은 전남 장성 출신으로 서울시립대 법학과를 졸업하고, 영국 엑시터(Exeter)대학에서 정치학 석사와 국민대학교에서 언론정보 분야 박사 학위를 취득했다.
