공연예술학부 무용전공, 대한무용학회 무용콩쿠르 다수 입상

지난 4월 22일 사단법인 대한무용학회가 주최한 제 16회 전국무용경연대회에서 예술대학 공연예술학부 무용전공 2학년에 재학중인 김정연 학생이 Cavalry halt solo variation으로 특상의 영예를 안았다(지도 : 문영 교수). 이외에도 4학년 고희정, 3학년 박지원, 1학년 신대륙 학생이 각 부문별로 금상을 수상하였다.
사단법인 대한무용학회는 1974년부터 무용의 학문적 가치와 사회적 중요성을 증진하기 위해 다양한 프로그램을 추진해오고 있는 단체로서, 재능 있는 무용수를 발굴하기 위해 국내 발레계의 권위자로 구성된 심사위원의 공정한 심사로 이루어지는 전통적인 발레콩쿨이다.
