2021 한국식품과학회 국제학술대회 대학원생 우수논문 발표상/ 김상빈(일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사 21) 학생

우리 대학 일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사과정 김상빈 학생이 지난 7월 9일(금) ‘2021년도 한국식품과학회 국제학술대회(주제: K-Foods in the Post-COVID-19 Era: Health and Convenience)’에서 열린 우수논문 선발대회 2등상을 수상했다.
본 정기학술대회는 국내외 식품과학 전문가들이 참석하여 식품과학과 관련된 학술적 교류를 통해 학술진흥, 식품산업 발전 및 국민 식생활의 과학화에 기여하는 국내 최대 규모의 식품과학기술분야 전문학회이다.
대학원생 우수논문 선발대회에서 수상한 김상빈 학생은 살모넬라 식중독균을 특이적으로 제어하는 친환경 생물신소재인 박테리오파지(bacteriophage) 기반의 식품 코팅 및 포장 필름 개발(Evaluating the antibacterial efficacy of a polyvinyl alcohol film containing Salmonella Enteritidis bacteriophage PBSE191) 연구를 우수하게 수행하여 우수논문 발표 2등상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
김상빈 학생은 “학회 발표의 준비 과정에서 많은 도움을 주신 장윤지 교수님께 감사드리며 함께하는 실험실원들에게도 항상 고맙다”라는 소감과 함께 “아직은 시작 단계이지만 본 연구가 현재 전세계적으로 주목하고 있는 화학 플라스틱으로 인한 환경오염 및 항생제 내성균인 슈퍼박테리아의 발생 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는 유의미한 발전의 초석이 되었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.
지도교수인 장윤지 교수는 “새로운 학문의 길을 개척하며 다양한 도전을 함에 있어서 많은 어려움을 느낄 것임에도 불구하고 지도를 믿고 잘 따라주어 무척 고맙고, 좋은 성과가 나와 매우 기쁘다”라고 소감을 밝혔다.
