대한독성유전‧단백체학회 국제학술대회 우수논문발표상 / 홍태연 (일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사과정 20) 학생

우리 대학 식품영양학과 홍태연(석사과정, 지도교수 임화선) 학생이 11월 3일 서울 프레지던트 호텔에서 개최된 제17회 대한독성유전‧단백체학회 국제학술대회에서 “Evaluation of acute toxicity of edible coating materials with naturally derived antibacterial additives against bacterial soft rot”라는 연구주제로 우수논문발표상을 수상하였다.
본 연구는 농촌진흥청에서 지원을 받아 진행되었으며 in vitro/in vivo모델을 이용하여 단기독성평가를 통해 공동연구진들이 개발한 농산물 무름병 제어를 위한 항균소재 함입 가식성 코팅용액의 안전성 입증을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 예정이다.
