'2021 KDFS 디지털 포렌식 챌린지' 장려상 수상 / 금융정보보안학과 학생들

우리 대학 일반대학원 금융정보보안학과 DF&C (Digital Forensic & Cryptanalysis) 연구실의 김소람, 김기윤, 허욱, 강수진 학생(지도교수 김종성)이 ‘2021 KDFS 디지털 포렌식 챌린지’에서 장려상(한국디지털포렌식학회장상)을 수상하였다.
한국디지털포렌식학회(KDFS)는 디지털 포렌식에 대한 관심을 높이고 관련 분야의 전문 인력 양성 및 기술 개발을 목적으로 디지털 포렌식 챌린지를 진행하였다. 매년 개최되는 챌린지는 포렌식 기업 종사자를 제외한 학생과 일반인이 모두 참여 가능하며, 올해는 2021년 9월 27일부터 10월 24일까지 약 한 달여 간 진행되었다. 이번 챌린지 주제는 ‘기업 도면 반출 혐의 입증’으로, 실제 기업에서 발생할 수 있는 사건과 유사한 문제를 통해 디지털 포렌식 수사 시 현실적인 접근과 해결방안을 요구하였다. 시상은 11월 26일 진행된 한국디지털포렌식학회 동계학술대회에서 이루어졌다.
김종성 교수가 이끄는 DF&C 연구실은 디지털 포렌식과 암호해독에 관한 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 매년 다양한 공모전과 학술대회에 참여하여 우수한 성적을 받고 있다(Lab. Homepage: dfnc.kookmin.ac.kr).
