국립목포대학교 교수 임용 / 김진희(식품영양학과 11) 동문

우리 대학 식품영양학과(11학번) 김진희 동문이 2022년 3월부로 국립목포대학교 생활과학예술체육대학 식품영양학과 조교수로 임용되었다. 현재 만 29세인 김진희 동문은 지난 2011년 국민대학교 식품영양학과에 입학하여 캡스톤디자인 아이디어 경진대회에서 대상을 수상하는 등 활발한 학과 활동을 하였으며 학과인재상에 부합하는 창의적미래인과 식품영양전문인으로 성장하였다.
이후, 2017년 석사학위, 2020년 박사학위를 각각 취득하였으며 식중독 미생물의 신속진단기술 등 식품안전 관련 다양한 분야의 연구(지도교수: 오세욱)를 수행해왔다.
김진희 동문은 식품과학 기술 분야 상위 5% 이내인 세계적인 학술지 ‘푸드 케미스트리(Food Chemistry)’등 20여 편의 SCI급 국제 학술 논문을 발표를 비롯하여, 특허 4건 등록, 국제 학술대회 발표 등 연구역량을 펼치고 있다.
