2022년 대한민국 교육기부 대상 개인부문 수상 / 김기현(학생지원팀) 과장

국민대학교(총장 임홍재) 학생지원팀 김기현 과장이 ‘2022년 제11회 대한민국 교육기부 박람회’에서 부총리 겸 교육부장관상을 수상했다.
교육부와 한국과학창의재단이 주최한 이번 행사는 지난 10월 7일부터 10일까지, 4일간 진행되었다.
김기현 과장은 2014년부터 국민대의 사회봉사 담당자로서, 교육 나눔 해외봉사 및 학력격차 해소를 위한 대학생 재능봉사 등 8년간 587명의 대학생과 함께 활동하며 교육기부 등으로 사회공헌 기여를 인정받게 되었다.
이번 시상식에서 그는 “ 우리의 젊은 세대가 교육 기부의 숨은 가치를 발견하고 나눔과 포용의 진정한 가치를 즐거워하며, 자기 것으로 채워갔으면 좋겠다”라고 수상 소감을 말했다.
